OBJECTIVE

To collaborate with three other classmates for interface design and redesign a game to make it into an interactive app. Make the game more accessible and easier to navigate. Dodj or Daar

(Dodge or Dare) consists of 2–5 Players who play

in a world of candy land with dares , rules, and Jumanji tactics in order to survive. Emphasis on fun and laughter amongst friends and family without the stress of the physical game board, cards, and game pieces. Must make the app easy to navigate and entertaining as a cartoon.

SOLUTION

The app consists of unified platform with bold, large, and cartoonish type throughout. The hues applied are similar to the physical board game. The pieces for each player are similar to the board game including random pieces such as a dinosaur toy or burnt toast. Cardboard is cut out and placed in order to add a more realistic aspect to the design.
